I am failed three times in one SCDL online Assignment will i get 4th chance too?

Hi I have enrolled in 2007 with SCDL in PGDBA Operations management...I have cleared all the centre examination but I am failed three times in one Assignment(Business Law) rest of assignment is cleared...will I get one or more chance to compleate my one assignment, if yes how to approach?
