I am failed three times in second year electrical engg in pune university. so is there any rule of NFTE ? and if yes then what i need to do
I have completed diploma.After that i had took admission to BE electrical engg in pune university in 2010.Now i have failed three times in 2nd year.So please help me sort out this.
