Tips to overcome this :-
1. Don't be afraid to make mistakes.
2. Stay positive.
3. Invest in different hobbies.
4. Use coaching techniques.
5. Learn something everyday.
6. Make different choices whenever necessary.
7. Change the focus of what you're thinking.
8. Set a goal. We often feel unmotivated because we don't really know where we want to end up.
9. Practice self - help and self - care.
10. Regularly review your goals and progress.
