I am filing a form for LL. M. in jamia. But I am confused about reservation of seats. I should fill in Muslim or Muslim OBC?

Muslim has seat reservation of 30% while muslim OBC has only 10% reservation. What should I do? The second question is should I go for regular or self finance scheme?
