I am final a year BMS student. Can I pursue M.A in English after my grad next year? Colleges in Mumbai offering full-time M.A in Eng?

I am a final year student of BMS. I am looking for a complete switch in the stream. 1. Is such a switch possible? 2. Is there any entrance exam for students from Commerce faculty willing to do their Masters in Arts? 3. Which colleges affiliated with Mumbai University offer full-time M.A. in English?
