i am final year B.Tech student,what institutes i can opt for MS in U.S. and U.K.? what are the scope for a full time scholarship ?

Scholarships are competitive and awarded to the most deserving students. At the graduate level you can get funding in the form of graduate assistantships where you work or research with professors. In exchange you may get your entire/partial tuition fees waived, and get a monthly stipend to cov

right now there are very little hopes for the scholarship in the both the counhtries......but UK is in worst condition. In US there are few chances if your academia and extra curr. are best !!
