Hi Siddesh, doesn't matter if you flunked the second yr. Perform well in 3rd and 4th yr, appear for GRE and get a good score. AM sure you will be able to get admission into a univ in US. If you like this answer then kindly mark it as the best answer or rate it thumbs up. Please feel free to post q
