i am fresher and have no work experience so it is good for me to spend 12 lacs on mba and getting job of 4 lacs from alliance ?

Even I joined as a fresher in Alliance and I got placed in TCS for a good package. So if you have zeal to do MBA do it. Alliance is worth to every penny you spend. Mean while even you should have commitment while doing MBA. All the best
