Yes, you can go. But for that you need a link. You should join Chandigarh University. Around 200 colleges abroad have MoU with CU. While studying, you will get exposure. Also, CU students can go abroad directly. Best wishes.

We take students for two intakes- Jan intake and September Intake every year. Under semester exchange programs ( to Europe, Asia, South Africa, South America), students don't not require to pay tuition fees abroad, fees have to be paid at CU only. This brings the total cost to Rs 3.5-4.5 Lacs (inclusive of accommodation, meals, and air fare, visa, insurance and misc. Expenses) Under semester abroad programs (to USA, UK, Australia), a reduced semester fee has to be paid in international university, no fee to be paid at CU. Part-time is allowed. This brings the total cost to Rs 8-10 Lacs (inclusive of international university tuition fees, accommodation, meals, air fare, visa, insurance and misc. Expenses). .

Campus Placements for the session 2021-22 saw some big names such as Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Samsung, L&T, Arcesium, Wipro, Flipkart recruiting engineering students from Chandigarh University. A record number of 3750 engineering students were selected during the campus placements in which more than 240 multinational companies participated. In total there was a jump of 30% in a number of total companies visiting the CU campus for campus placements of engineering students while there was a jump of 70% in the number of core branch companies that selected the fresh talent. Moreover the total number of offers made to the engineering students also saw a rise of 60% in comparison to last year. Of the total 240 Engineering sector companies, more than 300+ MNCs offered pay-package of more than 5 LPA while number of companies offering package of more than 10 LPA touched 80+ this year. It is notable that the highest package of Rs. 52.11 LPA was offered by TOP Company. Computer Science Engineering students of the University Institute of Engineering (UIE) created history as Top Multi-National offered the highest package of Rs. 52.11 lacs for the Engineering branch. IT giants such as Microsoft, IBM, SAP Labs, Hewlett Packard visited CU and recruited more than 2030 CSE/IT Engineering students. Worlds top IT giant Microsoft selected Computer Science and IT Engineering students consecutively for last three years, while number the selections have increased three times and touched 15. India's leading IT Company Wipro (394), Capgemini (217), Mindtree (101) while the global IT giant IBM also selected record number of 196 engineering students which is the highest number of selections made in any campus in North India.

This is an opportunity which allows a student to complete an initial part of degree (1 or 2 years) at Chandigarh University and transfer to Foreign Country and get a complete degree from foreign University. MD AMIR, if you want to study abroad then there are a lot of ways through which you can go abroad for studies. People commonly choose IELTS as a option to study abroad and cost depends on the country where you are planning to go but somewhere it cost around 18-20 lacks and you also have to pay for the IELTS examination fees and IELTS coaching. There is also an other way through which you can study abroad that is by taking admission in the university for some Bachelor or master degree and then in between through semester exchange you can go to any country like Canada, Australia, Germany, USA and into renowned universities. One of my friend was pursuing BBA from Chandigarh University and he recently went to Concordia University in Canada. Chandigarh University has tied up with foreign universities. The major factor is when you will taking admission in the foreign University through IELTS then you have to them fees which is in dollars and you know that the value of dollars are sky high but if you take admission in Chandigarh University then you will have to pay fee in rupees which will be less costly to you. Apart from this you will also get 3 year of work permit so you can do job there also and can earn handsome amount of money. I believe you also have thinking about to get permanent resident in Canada then you will also get this opportunity if you Apply through Chandigarh university. University will itself provide you IELTS programme in the campus so that you can crack IELTS paper because CU has doctorate profile teacher and well qualified trainers. Some of the students they face problems in approval of Visa but through Chandigarh University there is high Probability that your visa will be approved. Another benifit which you can avail that is scholarship, you can give CUCET test at Chandigarh University and you can get 100% scholarship if you score well and you also need not to pay any single penny in the 1st sem. If you got more than 90% then you will get 100% scholarship and if score more than 80% the you will get 50% scholarship and in case you score more than 70% then you will get 40% scholarship then on 60% you will recieve 30% scholarship and on 50% you will get 25% and last on 40% you will get 15% scholarship. Foreign education is considered a sound investment for the future of children no matter which class one might belong to. Over the years, each and every student who has managed to go abroad to a good university has eventually found a great career and a bright future. A large number of students are opting for overseas education in the hope to get a bright career. Now, the exuberant tuition can be a deal-breaker for the middle-class families that don't want to burn their decade-long savings to send their child to a western country for a degree. The good news is that there are multiple options for the parents without putting everything at stake such as: 1. Bank Loans 2. Up to 100% Scholarships 3. Near Free education in European countries such as Germany, Belgium, etc. 4. Part-time Work Compensation We should also keep in mind that, unlike India, most students are encouraged to work part-time (20 hours/week) abroad. This money is substantial enough to cover the cost of living expenses for the entire year. Moreover, the summer session is around 3-4 months in foreign universities, and a student is allowed to work full-time (40 hours/week) during these vacations. A student with a good internship/part-time work can manage to take out some portion of the tuition fee as well and hence fewer burdens on the parents. Not all locations abroad where you choose to live in are pricey. If your university is located in a small town and you find accommodation close by, it shouldn't be a problem. But if you want to live in a metropolitan city to enjoy the commercial vibe, then it could prove expensive. There are well-known international student destinations abroad including London, Melbourne, and Perth. All these cities have a high quality of living, besides one of the best and affordable options to live by, for every Indian student. No matter which city you choose to live in, there will always be a debate between the high and low quality of life in each city. You need to keep looking for ways that work in your favor before you settle down easily.
