I am from a rajkiya engineering college aktu Uttar Pradesh, branch - electrical engineering 3rd year, what should I do to get placements?

Since our college is a rajkiya engineering college, so in our branch electrical engineering there will be not much companies will come to hire us so what should I do to get placed around 6 to 10 l/a?
