I am from Afghanistan & have finished my B.Sc in power engineering now, can I pursue my Master's degree from an IIT?

I am from Afghanistan graduated from Kabul Polytechnic University in power engineering faculty. Now, it is my wish to pursue my Master's degree from IIT.

    Students admitted to the Institute for all Masters level programmes or as visiting sets must have a Student Visa. Students admitted for Ph.D. programmes must have a Research Visa. The Academic Rules & Regulations applicable to Indian students with regard to eligibility and
    evaluation are applicable to Foreign Students also; as outlined in the brochures (please see: http://www.iitb.ac.in/newacadhome/admission.jsp)
    1) Application form as available on the Academic homepage:

    You will need to appear for TOEFL or IELTS Exam
