    Normally, changing one's MBBS seat after allotment is usually tough and not easily permitted except for some special conditions. In India, once the seat is confirmed, the switch to another medical college is extremely rare, be it in the same state or in different states. Chances of transfer during later counseling round may arise if you've been allotted under the quota of All India Quota, but that is definitely subject to availability.
