I am from Assam, am I eligible for B.Tech lateral entry in Bangalore in any engineering colleges?

I have passed my Diploma with 60% marks.

    Yes, you are eligible for lateral entry in many colleges in Bangalore. It doesn't depend whether you are from Assam or Karnataka. You should have proper education which is required for lateral entry.
