I am from B.Com background. I have 2 years gap and am 23 years old. Should I take admission in M.A HRM or pursue MBA?

MBA covers a much broader syllabus than MA HRM. But, if you want something to do right now instead of waiting, you can do MA now, work as an HR, and later you can do executive MBA with work.
