I am from batch 2023-24. Can I give improvement exam for one subject this year and the rest subjects for next year (class 12th CBSE)?

Yes, you can give one subject improvement this year and In Second attempt for Improvement exam is held at the same time as for the General Board Exams of the Next Batch. (If you give Boards this year you are allowed to give 2nd attempt of Improvement Next year with your Juniors of 2024-25 Batch) No
