I am from commerce stream of 2nd year, so can I apply for criminology courses.

You have no restriction whether you are from Science, commerce or humanities. It is open for all. For getting admission in criminology there are two ways, either you can get admission in Bachelor or after completing Bachelor in any subject you can do your master's in criminology.
