I I am from CS background 3 yr exp in software company.I am looking MBA or MS or master degree program . But I don't want to quit Job. But I heard distance learning program is not useful for career growth It is only for degree. Please clarify all these points

You can do MBA from IGNOU which you can do correspondence.It has got good results all over the country. All the best.
