The top college to be considered for computer engineering in Hyderabad is IIIT-Hyderabad.
You will get most updated syllabus, most genuine faculty, top-notch people from various parts of the country.
I myself have completed my engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, New Delhi majors in computers.
Write AIEEE this term, this will cover most of the colleges for you. As you have done your diploma in computers, that shows you are interested in computers as a subject. Try to crack National Entrance Tests.
