I am from Delhi I need Best guideline for how to pursue for finance manager as I am doing B.Com from Sol and best institutes for that.

After B.Com, you may not get the position of Finance Manager as this position needs work experience and higher qualifications. It is very common for students to go for the master's degree in Commerce after completing B.Com or pursue MBA in Finance. This will give you a big weight in your profile to get a higher salary job. But to become the head of Finance you still need Work Experience.
