I am from Haryana but I did my schooling from Delhi. Am I eligible for Delhi quota or outside Delhi?

    Yes, you are eligible for Delhi quota because priority is given to the state from where you did your schooling.

    Yes you are eligible for Delhi quota, as it is given on the basis of where you did your schooling from. In your case, your schooling was in Delhi so you will be eligible. If you live in Delhi, and schooling is from outside, then you won't be eligible for quota, so state of school is important.
