I am from Hyderabad but have passed 12th from Dammam, Can I get admission? What would be the fee for mechanical or civil?

It totally depends on the college.
In government colleges, it ranges from 15k to 70k.
In private colleges, it ranges from 70k to 300k.
In NIT, it is up to 1,20,000 and in IIT, it is 2,00,000 (tution fee, excluding accommodation fee).
