With 3232 AIR rank it would be difficult for you to get into CSE, ECE, EEE, mech, eie.

It's very difficult to get CSE related or IT or ECE they are like hot cakes of sastra. For your rank it's too difficult. Try upto last round counselling maybe if there is a possibility.
