Yes, you can apply in Anna university for undergraduate. They do admissions on the basis of entrance exam TNEA Tamil Nadu engineering admission. Or, you should have clear your 10 +2 class with 50 % marks in equivalent subjects. And, you can apply without JEE also. Please go through the link below for more information:
