I am from Karnataka state I got 141050 rank in JEE main and 28115 ews category rank. Can I get any college from this?

You are qualified for admission to engineering institutes in India if you receive a JEE Main rank of 141050 and an EWS category rating of 28115.
Even when applying to private institutions, the availability of colleges and specific branches will rely on the level of overall competition and the cutoff

Your rank is a bit too low in order to get any of the NITs or IIITs, sorry for that. Thus, I would recommend you to either go for private institutions. There are various colleges that give admission on the basis of Mains rank. I am pretty sure that you will get admission. Hope for the best :)
