I am from Maharashtra, so how can I take admission in direct 2nd year B.E. Automobile eng. in PSG college of technology after diploma?

I am doing diploma in mechanical engineering in Nagpur, Maharashtra I want to do B.E. in Automobile engineering from PSG college of technology. I don't know how to apply for it.
