Hello, the faculty for operations is very experienced with a good mix of visiting and core faculty. Placements are good. With almost all operations students getting placed. The average placement is about 7-8 lacs p.a.

There are less number of students who opt for operations as there is less demand in the industry. The overall faculty of operations is good. Yes you should apply for the same. Placement is overall good.

If you've interest in the area, it sure is worth doing MBA in operations from Welingkar. Usually, there are relatively less students in operations as compared to Marketing, finance and HR.
