You can give GMAT and apply as a foreign national.

Hello Shruti For every collage entrance there is a entrance exam Like this collage also have an online portal for the application form I guess the university had conducted its exam and hence results had been declared Else portal has been shown in this link http://fms.edu/?q=node/2115 Good Luc
