3.44 gpa in grade 11 And waiting for grade 12 result.

I cannot say if you can get admission or not because you do not have 12th results. If they come out to be 60% then you can get admission in LPU. In addition, yes, you can apply for abroad study programme in LPU, which takes place in 2nd year. You will get the information about it afterwards.
