    Of course you can. NepaL nationalities are allowed to study in India. Most colleges don't even apply foreign national quota for them. You can get a seat easily, either by foreign quota or normal seat. Under Management, you are guaranteed a seat.

    Yes, you can. But, you need identity proof like Aadhaar Card or anything that can be used as identity proof (Aadhaar card is best).
