Yeah, you are eligible for it. However, you have to appear for institute specific entrance examinations. I'm providing some top institutions of India offering B.Pharma courses for foreign students. Have a look.

Yes you cab study in every field in india, the noemal fee structure ranges from 30000 to 50000 per sem in India, as B.Pharma is a regular 4 years professional course.
