I am from Nepal & have 18-years of work experience. How can I get B.Tech electrical?

I have done +2 science and an in 2nd-year in electrical.

I think, you should go for B.Sc instead of B.Tech from a university which offers distance courses.

Is there B.Tech electrical availabe in distance learning? I want the same. I have done +2 science and 2-years course in electrical also. My working field is electrical. That's why, I am looking for B.Tech. If ever, please suggest the best way.
