You may choose to do programming courses.
1) C & C+
2) Java Development Kit (JDK)
3) C#
4) VB.NET
5) ASP.NET
6) Diploma in JAVA Programming
7) Diploma in DOT NET Technology
8) Diploma In Software Engineering

just go for B.Tech with CSE... its a demandable course in future.
