I am from Rajasthan and I want to be a teacher in New Delhi, so as an outsider am I eligible for Delhi TET?

Yes. candidates who do not have the domicile of the state of Delhi are eligible for appearing in Delhi TET Examination but they must fulfill the eligibility criteria.

There is nothing like Delhi TET. Delhi doesn't have its own TET like UPTET RTET, HTET, etc. You need to just clear the CTET in order to become a teacher in Delhi.
