Yes. You can give MHTCET exam. But the chances of getting top colleges is very less as seats are reserved for the Maharashtra candidates. I would advice you to score well in JEE Mains. You can take admission in Maharashtra colleges using you JEE marks through all India quota seats. Try to score 150+
