I am from Rajasthan. I got 2 lakh 65 thousand rank in IIT JEE Mains and will get 83% in boards. Will I get this college?

Sorry to say you are far from the IIT College on the basis of this rank I suggest you to fill REAP. (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) Form of REAP started you can fill this and get good government college You are eligible because your 12th percentage is good. Bikaner Technical University

What is the link to fill reap form, because as of now, I can't find it.

The cut-off rank through JEE Mains for DAIICT is a maximum of 15K. So, I am sorry you have no chances in DA unless you have reservation and you want to use it. Even in that case, I am not sure of you getting. I am extremely sorry. Do find a good college where you get a seat fairly. Hope this helps.

Sorry to say but your rank is too high in JEE Mains so you can't get any govt. college or NIT. Try in some good private colleges which take admission through management quota.
