I am from science background and I want to pursue my career in management doing BBA. Would that be difficult for me?
I don't like Mathematics at all.

No, the whole course has been designed in such a way so that students coming from any stream will be able to adjust to it properly. In fact, with the passage of each year you will see the time to study at home increases, which means you can use that time to study in some institutes to prepare for CA

In the beginning, it is difficult as science is completely different from management but be sure that you can easily do BBA afterwards.
