Hey there,
Kindly have a look at the JEE Main website for the opening and closing ranks for OBC category of other States section to get a clear idea about the matter. This varies year after year but usually remains nearby that of the previous year's. A score of about 160 above in JEE Mains would fetch you computer science in BIT Mesra.

Admission to the BE/B. Tech course in BIT is taken on the basis of rank in JEE Mains. Previous year trends show that a rank of upto 22000 would have high probability for BE – CSE.
