I am from Uttar Pradesh & want to take admission in MIT's college so my question is can I take admission on the bases of 10+2 results?

I m shifting from UP to MP so I want to take admission in MIT's college but I didn't give JEE mains test as JEE mains test is given in eligibility so can I get admission in this college on the bases of board marks and if yes please provide me the minimum requirement of marks in 10+2.

No, you can only get admission in this college on the basis of JEE Mains score.
