I am from Varanasi and passed 12th this year. I got confused among BCA & B.Tech CS, what is the difference between them?

BCA is Bachelor of Computer Applications whereas Tech Bachelor of Technology. BCA issolely computer related where. As B Tech in corporates technical subjects along with computer applications. The former is a degree course whereas the latter is an engineering discipline.
