Yes, it will be a better choice for pursuing B.Tech CSE than from a private college in WB. I have many friends from WB in LPU who have completed their BTech in CSE and got placed in MNCs.
I did my MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is studying over there in B.Tech CS
