i am getting 125+ in iit this year,what do u think,will i get into the iit, i belongs to sc caste.and if yes,which field, i am going to get

your way to IIT is right.In the reference of your field i suggess u that it would be decided better by u than anyone.IF I would be at ur place i choose aeronautical engineering or mechenical branch.
