I am getting 24 marks in Mains and approximately 184 in UPSEE. Can I get admission?

Don't lose hope. Try for the last round of counselling process. I am damn sure that you can get good colleges according to your marks. -
Sorry to say but your score is too low. You will not get any government college thorough JEE Mains or UPSEE if general category.
Try in private colleges under management quota.
