I am getting 518 Mark's obc category can I get B.A. MS in up.

The opening rank in B.A. MS Lucknow was 21536 and the closing rank was 25739. IN 2022, the minimum score for your category was 113 and for OBC category it was 86. So, yes you can definitely get into B.A. MS UP. Hope this helps.
