This totally depends on your current eligibility, if you are a Arts/Commerce Student then choose BA.LLB or if you are Science student choose BSC.LLB. Both subjects lead to same career with a minimal difference.

think on the subjects you are going to study for the next five years and go head with which ever you feel that you can do the best with for eg: a commerce student may struggle with science. so think on what is going to be your major.
