I am getting CSE in DY Patil Institute of Technology, Pimpri, Pune and ECE in RGPV, Bhopal (1986). Which one should I prefer?

Of course, go for DY Patil CSE, it's a better option. In comparison or as per ranking, DY Patil is good and you are getting CSE too, so that's good. My recommendation is to go for DY Patil CSE. DY Patil is a reputed college and the academics as well as placements over there are good.
