    Hello,
Firstly congratulations to you. It is all about your interest. But, if you think about the placements, then NIT-Nagpur is quite better than NIT-Suratkal.

Branch totally depends on your interest. But if you are not sure really as to opt for which branch then I would suggest you to go for VNIT-Nagpur CSE but if you are sure that you want do mechanical then mechanical at NIT-Surathkal would be a great option.
    All the best.

    Congratulations for your result!!
Well, selecting a branch should be depend on you. You have to know that in which field you are interested. Take time and know what is your interest then go for that. But if you don't have any idea then go for NIT Nagpur for CSE branch It will be more beneficial for you and if you really wanna do mechanical engineering then NIT surathkal is also very good.
    All the best.
