I am getting NIT Jamshedpur under OBC ncl category. But I have obc ncl Certificate under block level. Can I submit block level Certificate.

Can Block level caste Certificate along with some undertaking or affidavit to submit SDO level Certificate during admission be uploaded in JoSAA councilling?

    I think you have to show the Central OBC Certificate Because They check your OBC caste comes under the central list or not at the time of counselling. So It's better to have The Central OBC Certificate.
