If you aim is only Civil Services, then any recognised graduation will make you eligible for Civil Services Examination. For Engineering programmes, I mean BTech/BE you must prefer +2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. For medical stream preferences, Physics, Chemistry and Biology can be your choice for +2. If you wish to be an accountant, +2 Commerce stream may be preferred.
