I am giving my HSC this year(2012) and wish to pursue BMM(Bachelor of Mass Media)I wish to study abroad?Where and how to apply?

I want to pursue BMM course.I am open to Distance education,abroad or in India.What is the value of distance education in today's world?.Can anyone suggest me a good institute in abroad.We can't pay much.I am totally confused?Please help me?.How to apply for other colleges?
