I am going to complete by graduation in the month of November 2016. Results will be declared in February 2017. When should I apply for MBA?

2017 June batch but for that u have to give entrance exams like cat,xat,cmat etc. There is still a chance that u can join MBA college this session(2017 June). -
You should apply for the batch starting in june 2017 with a valid cat/xat/mat/gmat/cmat score.
only after completing graduation you should apply or else you should be in ur final year of graduation.
For joining the batch starting in june 2016 u should complete final ug exam in may 2016 atmost.
